Holly grew up in Kalamazoo and has an appreciation for the beauty of the four seasons after traveling to many places around the country and globe. She is passionate about art and photography, and resides in the vine neighborhood with her husband, Ilyas. They both enjoy traveling, gaming and outdoor activities.

Joe was born and raised in Vicksburg. Joe has been in the trades and maintenance for 16 years and resides in Kalamazoo. Joe has 2 boys and loves spending time with his family and playing softball.

Jeanette is originally from Kentucky and has lived in the Kalamazoo area since 1988. Jeanette has over 30 years accounting experience including Property Management. After raising 2 daughters she now enjoys spending time her girls and 2 grandsons. She currently lives in one our properties w/her cat and enjoys being outside.

Native to the Kalamazoo area, Madison graduated magna cum laude from Albion College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management. Prior to moving back to Southwest Michigan to pursue a career in Real Estate sales and management, Madison worked for several years in luxury resort management at Winter Park Resort in Colorado. Her background in rental property management can be attributed to her parents and their small family businesses managing rental properties, rehab projects, flipping houses, and low-income housing voucher management. Madison specializes in single-family and small, multi-unit sales and can offer in-depth knowledge of leasing, marketing, and tenant management. Outside of rental property management and sales, Madison is an avid snow skier, water skier, and lake-life enthusiast. She resides with her husband, Joe, and daughters, Lucille and Avery, on Gull Lake, just north of Kalamazoo.
Joe Lukeman – Broker, Owner
Joe Lukeman is the broker/owner of Lukeman Group and Lukeman Property Management, which he started in 2005 after working as a part time Real Estate investor, appraiser, and Realtor. He is also a partner and owner of Big House Capital and Lukeman Properties, LLC. Joe has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in various industries to add to his Real Estate background. The focus of his recent professional career has centered on small Real Estate investment properties in downtown Kalamazoo – around Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College. The concentration on this area has qualified Joe to work with out of town investors who participate in large or small investment Real Estate. He has represented properties for sale all over Michigan, and enjoys the creative process required to buy and sell investment properties. Joe holds his Bachelor and Science degree from Michigan State University, and when he is out of the office, you can find him on Gull lake or the ski slopes with his wife, Madison, and daughters, Lucille and Avery.
