Starting with a single rental property, we have steadily grown for more than 20 years.
In 2011, friends and family were asking us to manage their properties, so along with a handful of small local investors that needed help we launched Lukeman Group. What started out as one handy man and someone to help show vacant units ultimately became a full-service brokerage and management business. Over the past few years we have worked with many structurally compromised buildings — and with our investors’ financial backing — are proud to have put several million dollars into renovating homes throughout the Vine and Stuart downtown neighborhoods, in order to provide safe and affordable housing for the diverse local population. Today, we continue to grow and serve the community where we began over 20 years ago.

Throughout the real estate financial crisis of 2008 and a period after, we witnessed many lose their investments while being over leveraged. We survived and learned many lessons along the way. Those willing to risk jumping back into the local market have become some of our longest and most fortunate clients. We have grown with them, and have helped others become just as successful.
